It presents a narrow, but difficult, issue under the Sentencing Guidelines as to the meaning of the term ""assault"" in a specific context. The facts are taken from the undisputed portions of the presentence report, the testimony at the sentencing hearing, and the district court's findings. See, e.g., United States v.
